The Lyco-Ionic Jessner Peel combines Resorcinol, Salicyclic Acid, L-Lactic Acid, Red Wine, and Lycopene to provide a noticeable and effective exfoliation. This peel is rich in antioxidants to minimize injury and protect the skin while peeling. The Jessner Peel process usually requires one full week from application to completion and is great for those who are acne-prone, photodamaged/hyper-pigmented, have fine lines, or have post-inflammatory pigmentation due to acne scarring.
Good candidates for Jessner are clients with :
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Acne scarring
- Large pores
- Hyper-pigmentation
- Overall lack of elasticity
It’s not recommended for clients with:
- Lupus
- Active cold sores (make sure to avoid areas prone to cold sores)
- Eczema
